You can start drivers education at any age but the soonest you can get your permit is at 15 ½.
Start this package which includes all the requirements for someone under 18 to get their drivers license. It includes the 30 hours online which can be accessed 24/7. Once they complete the online course we will contact you regarding your certification of completion.
Once you receive your certification and are 15 ½ and above you can take your permit test at DMV.
Once you pass your dmv test they will give you a permit and that is when we can start training your 6 hours behind the wheel. (3x lessons 2 hours each)
Minors must take the first lesson with a driving school in order for their permit to be valid & to start practicing with parents their 50 hours required (10 hrs being at night).
Upon completion of the 6 hours we will issue a certification.
dmv has a rule that once a student passes their permit test they must hold their permit for at least 6 months to take their driving behind the wheel test or if they turn 18 whichever comes first
Once you complete the 6 hours with a driving school, 50 hours with parents, and the required waiting period you are now ready to take your DMV test at dmv.
